Ordering:

How do I place an order online?

To place an order online, simply browse our website, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to the checkout page to complete your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may be possible, but we recommend contacting us as soon as possible at parkes@worklocker.com.au for assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other secure online payment options. You can select your preferred payment method during checkout.


Shipping:

How does Click & Collect work?

Click & Collect allows you to order and pay online, then collect your items from our store at 229 Clarinda Street, Parkes, NSW. It's a free option with no minimum order required. We'll provide instructions for pickup via email and text message.

What are your shipping rates and options?

We offer free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $120. For orders under $120, there is a $9.95 standard shipping fee. We ship through Australia Post and provide a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

How long does shipping take?

We ship daily, Monday to Friday, through Australia Post. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.


Returns and Exchanges:

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase and exchanges within 30 days. To be eligible, the item must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags in its original packaging. Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed instructions.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange, contact us at parkes@worklocker.com.au with your order number and details of the item you'd like to return. If accepted, we'll provide you with a Returns Authorisation number.

Who covers the return postage costs?

We cover the packaging and postage costs for returning or exchanging faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. However, for 'change of mind' returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for postage costs.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
