Returns Policy

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase.

We are happy to exchange all products in original sale condition if they do not fit.

Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made in person or by post. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your original order number which would have been emailed to you at the time of placing your order online.

RETURNS

To start a return, please contact us at parkes@worklocker.com.au. You will need to state your order number, your name and include details of the item you would like to return as well as your reason for making a return request. If your return request meets our conditions and is accepted, we’ll send you an email with a Returns Authorisation number to include in your package.

EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order needs to be returned first, and a new order containing the exchanged item will then be processed. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.

As Worklocker is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return items using registered or tracked mail.

RETURN POSTAGE

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.

It is your obligation to pack returned products satisfactorily to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Goods while they are in your possession until they reach Worklocker.

Items sent back to us without completing a return request prior will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as sunscreen), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and underwear.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
